a horse's hoofbeat ends on the last waveform pattern of grass
and it snorts, biting off the head of a life-size china doll,
it's painted geisha face crunching under great stumps of teeth,
like the remnants of Jack Black's face on Sunday's shattered phonebox fragments.

seperating tiresome ruck between some chavvy and Triss
it gets quite nasty for a few minutes but then moments later it all ends in tears
and declarations of the new best of friends
(an old catchphrase for stupid photo oppourtunity)
back at Paikes's we sip homemade drambuie
and i get distracted by the cowardly rats running round the living room for the first time.
they are teething and some seem to somehow snap off their excess stumps of front teeth neatly
with apparent ease
whilst others run round wildly...
one of the latter tries to wear down her oversized fangs by biting me
but my wrist is too quick for her advances!
luckilly for me as i'm hardly thick-skinned.

Unfortunately he won't leave me alone when i'm drawing.
